Goal of BATC

BATC’s goal is to create a thriving community of Bangladeshi-American tech professionals where innovation, culture, & collaboration come together. By fostering creativity and knowledge-sharing, we aim to provide opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and networking. At the same time, we remain deeply connected to our cultural heritage, celebrating our identity and using it as a source of inspiration. Through events, workshops, community initiatives, BATC strives to empower individuals, strengthen professional ties, & build a supportive ecosystem that drives both personal success, collective progress for the Bangladeshi-American tech community. Additionally, BATC aims to bridge generations, support young talents, & highlight Bangladeshi-American contributions in tech—driving innovation, cultural pride, and collective impact both in the U.S. and Bangladesh.
